PW Community Services was founded by the Williams-Johnson family in 2018, inspired by their personal experience navigating the NDIS support system for their son, who is on the autism spectrum. Recognising the need for culturally inclusive and family-centered care, they built a team of dedicated support professionals who share their vision of empowering independence through compassionate, person-centered services.
